Bourree was scripted by J.S. Bach who was born on twenty-first March 1685 and died on 28 July 1750 which was when the Baroque period finish and the Classical period started. Bach was a German composer, organist, harpsichordist, violist, and violinist who wrote slicings for orchestras, soloists and choirs. The piece Bourree is a style from the Suite in E minor originally written for Lute which is one of seven suites. The Bourree comes after the sarabande and before the gigue. It starts off in E minor for the first and morsel phrases but towards the end of the second phrase it modulates to G major(ip) which is the relative major of E minor. After the double bar it continues in G major until the end of the 3rd phrase where it modulates to A minor. For another short section it stays in A minor until near the end of the phrase it goes to B minor.
