simple machine rides put me in a lethargic trance. The calm cruising and the transition sceneries, viewing this was my backboneseat pleasure. If the car ride was longer than twenty minutes, the lack of activity put me to sleep. Car ride games would leave me bruised and defeated and guessing what my brothers and parents spied is not my niche. Although the games were fun and erupted in cheers and laughter, as we go along the trip, every unrivalled would soon surrender to the serenity of the drive and await the reach to our destination.
Early in the summer of my fourteenth year, my parents woke me and my brothers up one early forenoon and told us to dress. When asked the purpose of interrupting our summer dormancy agenda that meant waking up in the early hours of the afternoon, they replied that we were going away to have a picnic with the family. After cranky protests, we conquered the morning in a dazed state, piled into the van and proceeded to fall back asleep. Hours later, we woke to find that the van was still in motion. We were driving by dint of an older town. The shops and streets were designed in ways that were not modern. The buildings were concisely but strong. The sky was blue with the kind of clouds I precious to fly through.

The grass and trees had that summer green that could mark my change state with its summer hue. The location of the supposed picnic was unknown, but the brave called for celebration to experience its cloudy sunshine and tickling breeze.
As we proceeded, songs familiar to us lead to loud and wonderfully shoot key melodies that made the drive less restless. We drove beside this large, fenced subject that guarded a beautiful burial garden. Having only been given up to seeing cemeteries in horror films, viewing this fogless, clean, and serene emerge made me in the end understand how one can finally rest in peace.
