Discriminating the black people used to be alright in the public, but by the years its no longer accepted to discriminate either race. Although in at once there is some discrimination indirectly.

Here she describes that black people wasnt visible to begin with the election, where she now feels that she is more visible after the election, when she walks among white people in the streets of Washington. An experiment based on implicit racial prejudice, shows that white students began to be less prejudice on black people. It gains a persons self-esteem when the person gets acknowledged, admired, and noticed. even so black children gained their self-esteem after the election.



It was shown from the experiment where the psychologist Kenneth and Mamie showed, that black children began to accept a black doll to play with instead of a white doll they used to play with.

Eric means that there is a need to confront the racial past and present to recognise black peoples history in America. The sequestration socially in the workplaces, has improved for the African American, where they now have built a socially relationship between their colleagues. on that point is segregation outside the working place, where there isnt any interaction between black and white people.
