At Kennedys Karne, we specialise in a Mexican marinated meat c bothed Carne Asada. Currently, we give birth 3 spatial relations in Southern California; Heber, El Centro and Escondido. Each of our locations crevice a grocery store, fresh produce, beer, bill-pay services, check cashing, propane purchases and exchanges and fresh homemade salsas and tortillas. Our Heber location offers a gas station as headspring as a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The El Centro location ships and distributes meat and other products nationwide. The Escondido location boasts a small café and offers supply service.
We are proud to say that the current overall health of our business is good. Plans for future expansion in some of the contact areas of the cities we currently serve bequeath bring greater opportunities for Kennedys Karne. Although we have been able to make a profit, times have been tough at times due to the economic environs and high unemployment in California.



At times we have had run through different strategies like product differentiation, pricing, and selling to keep all stores profitable.
We realize that we have a strong customer level and that is what makes our business successful. In the near future the plan is to carry out a merchandise strategy that will help us retain a good customer base and conquer us to target and capture a greater dowery of the potential customers available in the cities we currently serve.
In invest for us to achieve our marketing objectives at Kennedys Karne, the marketing strategy will be customer driven. There will be several factors that need to be considered in the marketing strategy.
