Organizational diversity continuum is looking at the levels of workforce diversity, within subtletys and between cultures with the regard to duration, gender, ethnicity, race, religion and personal experiences that happens within a company. There has been the trust that individuals should want to integrate when they are introduced to a new culture in order to bushel along and succeed in his or her workplace. However, individuals do not want to set by their own cultural values, spiritstyle preferences and their identities in their workplace. Therefore, companies must fancy that they are responsible for making themselves sensitive to the diverse unavoidably of distinguishable assemblys of individuals.
Complicating this matter is that within each culture on that point is heterogeneous mix.
For example, age difference in the workplace endure to increase as the fastest growing age group is 45 years or older and workers remain on the job later in his or her life. Therefore, the difference in learning, training and managing in the workplace that is based on age composition and all other diversity traits and then added to the culture differences can create a complex challenge to air with the contemporary labor force.
