T here are many factors that can mask the productivity of a group of employees. For example, the quality of the materials they are assumption to work with, each employees people skills, systems and procedures set in place by the organization, work equipment and tool types, knowledge of the employees, and time management skills are all contributing factors to productivity. Appropriate leadership helps create a satisfying work environment conducive to high productivity. Unmanaged or destructive behavior on a managers part can turn the best job into a miserable one for any employee. This is because employees not only destitute their productivity and creativity, but sometimes they loose their workplace difference of opinion as well.
