Although managers are considered to be leaders, they dont always bring forth great leadership skills. Managers are normally chosen based on senior status and experience. They are hired based on knowledge. However, they often have little or no influence on their familiar round. Most managers
have great knowledge of the job scarcely they lack the ability to motivate others.
At School Zone there is no one with the exact title of manager.
