In response to the rising concerns about the merge between the 2 companies, InterClean and EnviroTech, the human resources management is implementing refreshing practices and procedures that bequeath make the convert for both parties run smoothly and comfortably. These new practices and procedures give be in loading immediately at all divisions inwardly the organization.

The first change will be within management. The animal trainers will have better communication, positive(p) attitudes; start involving the employees in ending making, and implement training. The managers will have better communication by making sure the information between all the managers point consistent. Once the information between the managers is consistent, each manager will have a meeting with his or her team. The meetings would consistent of the manager covering the merge, where there will be an open discussion for employees to discuss any questions or comments. The managers will also demonstrate a positive attitude by demonstrating an optimistic attitude, open to new ideas, and are in high spirits during this transition.



The managers possessing a positive attitude will have a downward effect within the beau monde, so each employee will feel at ease during this transition. With the transition the managers will start involving the employees by asking for introduce and assigning specific task to the employees. To ensure employee satisfaction the order will train every employee to ensure that each person is confident and comfortable in completing the jobs assigned to him or her.

Another change that will happen is that management is reorganizing the organize of the company. Instead of a hierarchical structure, the company is moving toward a more flatten structure.
