Riordan Corporate Compliance Plan
This scroll will present a corporate compliance project for managing the legal liability of Riordan. The plan will incorporate the pursuit: 1) enterprise liability, 2) tangible and intellectual property 3) governance issues, 4) intersection liability, 5) international law, 6) legal forms of business, and 7) incorporating the eight components of enterprise risk management.
The saloon and management of the legal aspects of the above mentioned issues are outlined in the plan.
The corporate compliance plan set out is the control principle for the conduct of the Riordan Manufacturing business. The plan is in accordance with the relevant law, internal policies, procedures, and high ethical standards to ensure the companys core values of honesty, fair dealing, ethical business practice, and in force(p) disclosure are followed.
Riordan requires everyone to take personal responsibility for conducting him or herself in an ethical way so it has a ordained reflection on the business, and the behavior advances the principles set forth in the business plan.
