REHABILITATION SHOULD BE MANDATORY IN ALL PRISONS

It is apparent through research that the punish manner alone does not work for pile who are convicted and incarcerated ; we direct a mandatory rehabilitation program implemented. It would be more than productive to do both punish and rehabilitate.
