Many populate atomic number 18 becoming awake of what is commonly referred to as the New Age Movement. To most people these diverse beliefs and practices seem to stupefy out of nowhere. However, the beliefs and practices are genuinely very old. Their root lies in the dawn of time and began to grow and branch out throughout Biblical modern history. one(a) of these movements is called Transcendentalism.

Transcendentalism is an American literary, political, and philosophical movement of the early 19th century, centered around Ralph Waldo Emerson. (1) Transcendentalism brings some good thoughts to the table. I think for me that is why I lean towards this worldview. Transcendentalists say to be open minded and not to shut out the deathless possibilities of life or the ideas of others. Learn from others and teach those who want to learn. in that respect are five tenets in Transcendentalism. In these, the core of their beliefs shines through.

In the first tenet, Nonconformity, Transcendentalists believe that you should not just go with the ladder; you should view things differently than society and come up with your stimulate opinions.



I feel that this substance of thinking applies to me, in the way that you should not be told everything and you should be yourself, not what society wants you to be. (2) The assist tenet, self-reliance, explains the need to believe and trust in yourself. This tenet states you should intrust on yourself and not trust solely in others to do tasks for you. (3) As famous Transcendentalist Ralph Waldo Emerson said, Trust thyself: every heart vibrates to that weightlift string. (4) This means that everything you are derives from yourself, and this is a major belief of Transcendentalism. Your actions and your thoughts are what make you what you are.  This tenet also makes sense to me in that you shouldnt swear on others and you should be able to be self sufficient.
