sonnet 18 & Sonnet 73
Sonnet 18 and 73 are similar in a way that they are both metaphors where the life of a person, or the person itself, is being compared to nature. However, they are being compared to different seasons of the year, wizard as ever-living summertime, the other one as ageing autumn.
In Sonnet 18, Shakespeare compares his beloved one to a summers day, but is actually showing how much go against she is. He says she is more lovely and more temperate unalike summer that has its dark, cold and rainy days. His beloved one doesnt lose her bloom like all the other flowers when face up with rough winds. This is contrasted in Sonnet 73 when yellow leaves, or none, do hang, where the wind has blown off the drop dead hope in his life. He goes on explaining how he no longer possesses that hype and rhythm in his life, referred to sweet birds that sang, and that the pull round light in his life is gone as the spill of such day that after sunset fadeth in the western United States. Meanwhile in Sonnet 18, Shakespeare says that sometime too het the eye of heaven shines, the sun can be very strong at times but it is also sometimes covered, and also says that allthing beautiful will eventually fade away, average like he says in Sonnet 73.

He because demolishes this point and comes venture to his view, axiom that his beloveds eternal summer shall not fade, meaning that as every summer comes to an end, it does not count for her and she will always prevail beautiful. But every summer will come back every year for an eternal amount of years, so this in a way could mean that her beauty is eternal.
Shakespeare mentions Death in both poems, but in very different ways. In Sonnet 18 he betroths the power of Death as nothing compared to his beloveds beauty by saying Nor shall death brag thou wanderst in his rightness, meaning that not even Death is able to take that beauty from her.
